Execurve

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Execurve ("we," "our," or "us") provides software and services for proprietary trading firms and brokers. This Privacy Policy covers this website, execurve.com — a marketing site where you can read about our products and reach us through contact and demo-request forms.

This website does not host user accounts, process payments, or run trading. If you later become an Execurve client, the software delivered to you is covered by the agreements you sign at that point, not by this policy.

2. Information You Give Us

The only personal information we collect directly is what you type into the two forms on this site:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company name, a messenger handle (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Teams) if you choose to share one, and your message.
  • Request Demo form: the same contact details plus your phone number and your answers about what you're interested in — products, plan, expected account capacity, and whether you want a demo or a sales conversation.

Submitting a form is entirely optional. We do not collect account credentials, passwords, billing or payment details, identity documents, or any trading data through this website.

3. Information Collected Automatically

  • Server logs: like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard request data such as your IP address, the pages requested, and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser information, and interaction data. Yandex Metrica's Session Replay feature may record how a page is interacted with (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks); form fields are not intentionally captured in these recordings.
  • Advertising measurement: we use the Google Ads tag and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our advertising works — for example, that a visit or a form submission followed an ad. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers set by Google and Meta.
  • Country lookup for the phone field: when a form with a phone field opens, your browser makes one request to the third-party service country.is, which sees your IP address and returns your country code — solely so the phone field can preset the right dial code. The result is cached in your browser for the visit.
  • Preferences stored in your browser: your cookie-consent choice and light/dark theme are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and identify nothing about you to us.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo, and follow up on the conversation you started — this is the only thing form data is used for.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve its content (analytics).
  • To measure and improve our advertising (conversion tracking).
  • To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems (server logs).

Where EU data-protection law (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (responding to your inquiry or demo request), your consent (analytics and advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time via Cookie Settings), and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

5. Who Receives Your Data

We do not sell personal data, and we never will. Your data is handled by the following categories of service providers, acting on our behalf:

  • Form delivery: form submissions are sent to our business mailbox via an email delivery provider (Mailgun, EU region), and a copy is delivered to our team's internal Telegram channel so we can respond quickly.
  • Hosting: the site is hosted on servers located in the European Union.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta (Pixel), and Yandex (Metrica) process the usage data described in section 3 under their own privacy policies, and may do so on servers outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the EEA, these providers rely on recognized transfer safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or a valid request from a public authority.
  • Business transfers: if Execurve is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, contact data may transfer as part of that transaction under the same protections.

6. Cookies and How to Control Them

The cookie banner on your first visit and the Cookie Settings link in the footer let you control four categories: strictly necessary (always on — the site cannot function without them), analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica), marketing (Google Ads tag, Meta Pixel), and functional. When you disable a category, its tags no longer load for you, and the choice is remembered in your browser. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. How Long We Keep Data

  • Form submissions live in our business mailbox and internal notification channel for as long as the conversation or business relationship stays relevant. You can ask us to delete them at any time (section 8).
  • Analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings and policies — for Google Analytics 4, event-level data is retained for up to 14 months.
  • Server logs are rotated on a short technical schedule.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@execurve.com — we respond to every request. If you are in the EU/EEA and believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, form submissions travel encrypted to our mailbox, and access to submitted data is limited to the team members who handle inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect in the first place — the best protection for data is not having it.

10. Children

This website is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change what this site collects or how, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: legal@execurve.com, or use the contact form on this site.
