Senior Developer (Rust)
We are looking for a Senior Rust Developer to architect our high-frequency trading engine. You will work on low-latency systems, matching engines, and risk management microservices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of production Rust experience
- Experience with Actix, Tokio, or similar async runtimes
- Understanding of financial markets and trading systems is a plus
Business Developer (Asia)
Lead our expansion into the Asian market. You will identify and close partnerships with prop trading firms in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native English and one Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, etc.)
- Proven track record in B2B sales within Fintech or FX/CFD industry
- Strong network in the Asian trading community
- Ability to travel for conferences and client meetings
Customer Success Manager
Be the face of Execurve for our enterprise clients. You will handle onboarding, technical support, and account management to ensure our clients succeed.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
- Technical background or ability to understand complex software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and ticketing systems
